Matt Fouts is the Lead Project Manager for Rural King, America’s premiere farm and home supply store. An accomplished cross-functional team leader with 14+ years of industry experience, Matt has played a key role in launching and sustaining the new Rural King website using the Magento Commerce ECE platform. Managing a team of over 20 developers and UX experts, Matt helped set pricing and stock rules to boost conversation rates, and collaborated with the onsite logistics director to revamp eCommerce shipping from UPS to FedEx across RuralKing.com, as well as conceptualizing, developing, and deploying “Buy Online Pick-Up in Store” across 113 retail store locations.
