Joe Cicman is a Senior Analyst with Forrester Research, helping eBusiness professionals assess, improve, and optimize B2B and B2B2C eCommerce technologies and strategies. As part of the digital transformation team, Joe provides a proven practitioner’s lens for organizations to understand how to deploy the economics of digital commerce that unleash best-in-class outcomes. His research also supports technical teams by covering the tools and software suites for driving online channels, digitally enabled selling, and new direct-to-consumer (DTC) initiatives.


Emily Pfeiffer

Emily Pfeiffer is a Senior Analyst with Forrester Research, serving digital business strategy professionals and providers with a focus on the technology that enables commerce. Her emphasis is on B2C digital business and the technical ecosystem that supports these strategies. She helps providers and practitioners anticipate the strategies, technologies, and priorities that will keep them current and relevant.


Chris Guerra

Chris Guerra is the co-CEO at Blue Acorn iCi, a digital customer experience company. Joining the organization in 2012, Chris successfully merged Blue Acorn iCi, BrandShop, iCi Digital, and Mediotype, establishing a new sales infrastructure attracting $50 million in annual revenue. As co-CEO, his responsibilities include integrating the sales and marketing process across four different businesses, participating in client engagements and directing strategy workshops Guerra previously served as the AVP of eCommerce at the BORN Group, helping grow business relationships with luxury brands including Ferragamo and Tag Heuer.


Peter Sheldon

Peter Sheldon is the Senior Director of Commerce Strategy at Adobe. A well-known industry expert in eCommerce and omnichannel technology, Peter previously held the role of Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research. He spent five years leading Forrester’s global research on digital commerce technologies, helping to challenge the thinking and lead change for eCommerce executives undertaking major digital transformation and commerce technology programs.
