Rory Gilmore has worked in eCommerce for six years, starting as an Ecommerce Manager in the luxury fashion and lifestyle sector then working as a freelance consultant before eventually moving into his current role as Head of Customer Experience at Nosto. Rory is passionate about good design, the user experience, and helping businesses realize their online vision.
